1.    I shall not make TIRUPATI HOLIDAYS Tours & Travels (P) Ltd. Responsible for any accident occurs while on tour

due to natural calamity, and where a rapid evacuation is not possible.

 

2.    I shall not make TIRUPATI HOLIDAYS Tours & Travels (P) LTD. Responsible for any kind of illness due to hazards of

traveling in remote and high altitude mountain terrain and not provided with emergency treatment.

3.    I shall not be entitled of any refund due to certain conditions imposed by Chiness travel authority on TIRUPATI

HOLIDAYS Tours & Travels (P) LTD.

 

4.    I am fully aware of the difficult nature of this travel and the critical factors       associated with it. I agree to

accept all risks associated with it. I agree to accept all risk associated with the complete travel and further agree to

strictly adhere to the terms and other conditions of TIRUPATI HOLIDAYS Tours & Travels (P) LTD. as mentioned here

and through its publication and briefings. It is my responsibility to ensure that I am fully fit (medically and physically)

in case of illness, inclement weather, accidents, political and other factors beyond their control, I will not hold

TIRUPATI HOLIDAYS Tours & Travels (P) LTD. Its agents, associates or employees responsible or liable for damages.

 

5.    30 days prior to tour departure date, 50% of the total cost should reach TIRUPATI HOLIDAYS Tours & Travels Pvt.

Ltd account by telex transfer/Bank draft/by money transfer with passport of client.

 

6.    And full payment should make before departure to Kailash Manasarovar Yatra.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, RELEASE AND GUARANTEE

Passport No………………………… understands that Tibet is very remote and the infrastructures are very basic, certain risks and danger may arise. I further understand that due to the nature of the terrain and also due to the certain terms and condition imposed by Chinese Authority; I hereby accept the following conditions for the traveling in-group:

 

1.   By undertaking this trip, you acknowledge that there is an element of risk in any adventures or activity in the

outdoors.

 

2. The clients must travel always in a group during their stay in Tibet; it is not permitted to travel free on your own.

 

3. The printed programs are subject to change without prior notice caused by the circumstances beyond the control, i.e.

Nature disasters, landslide, snow, flood, or political unrest, epidemic, etc., in such a case additional expenses incurred

due to delay, accident, Nature disaster, Political action and unrest must be borne by the clients.

 

4.  The clients will be personally responsible for the compelling with all formalities requires by the local Authority, Police,

Customs, Health, and always under the rules and regulations of the country.

 

5. Knowing the risks, you fully assume all risks of illness, personal injury, delay of the members, loss or damage to personal

property any effect of the clients during the trips howsoever caused and you will release TIRUPATI HOLIDAYS Tours &

Travels (P) Ltd. It's Agent, associates and suppliers from all action, claims or demands for the damages or expenses

resulting from your participant in the trip. You acknowledge that the obligation stated here in binding upon yourself, yours

heirs, executors and administrators, member of your family any minors accompanying you.

 

6.   You also accept that any medical expenses incurred including Helicopter aircraft, will be your sole responsibility and

that you will pay all such expenses.

7.  You acknowledge that you have carefully read and understand this agreement, as well as you agree that this is a

liability release and a legally binding contract between you and TIRUPATI HOLIDAYS Tours & Travels (P) Ltd. And its

associates.

 

8.  You agree to all stated condition and obligation set forth here including all limitation or liabilities and agency

agreement.

 

9.  Insurance: We will recommend that you have an all risks personal travel insurance policy that includes air repatriation.

 

10. I will not eligible for any refund of the cost for what so ever reason when the trip is actually launched.
